Founded in 1898 in Akiitsu, Hiroshima, Imada Shuzo Honten honors the soft-water brewing method invented by local pioneer Senzaburo Miura. Their flagship "Fukucho" sake revives the rare "Hattanso" rice, yielding delicate ginjo aromas and a smooth profile.
