This premium series is named after the Buddhist teaching that "the life of Buddha dwells within even a single drop of water." Crafted from top-tier Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40%, it is brewed slowly at low temperatures. Like the Japanese Pagoda Tree (Enju)—revered since ancient times as a symbol of nobility—this Junmai Daiginjo offers a dignified, elegant palate and a deeply satisfying finish. Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki.

About The Brewery

Shimizu Seizaburo (清水清三郎商店)

Founded in 1869 in Suzuka, Mie Prefecture—a region historically known as the "Land of Divine Sake"—this brewery is world-renowned for its flagship brand "Zaku." The name "Zaku" (meaning "to make") symbolizes that a sake's value is collectively created by the brewer, the seller, and the drinker. Their sake is celebrated for its pristine clarity, elegant fruity aromas, and a delicate, balanced sweetness. In 2016, "Zaku" gained global acclaim after being selected as the official toast sake for the G7 Ise-Shima Summit. Dedicated to crafting flavors that harmonize perfectly with modern global cuisine, this brewery stands as a premier icon of Japanese sake craftsmanship.
