Only the clearest nakadori portion is bottled, excluding the rough first run (arabashiri) and the final press (seme) from the brewing process. It offers a rich, fruity, and floral aroma, with a delicate, transparent, and elegant taste that harmonizes with the fragrance to deliver deep satisfaction. Brewed entirely with Yamada Nishiki rice. Best enjoyed chilled.
