About The Brewery
Kamenoi Sake Brewery (亀の井酒造)
Kamenoi Sake Brewery, founded in the Edo period in Oita’s Kusu Town, uses local "Gohyakumangoku" rice and pristine groundwater from the Kyushu Mountains. As Oita’s sole producer of Yamahai sake, they create complex, umami-rich brews. Their Daiginjo is even served on JR Kyushu’s luxury train "Seven Stars."
