Yamanashi Meijo Shichiken Sake Brewery (山梨銘醸)
Shichiken Kinunoaji Junmai Daiginjo (720ml)
Named after the beauty of the nearby Mt. Kaikoma. Hints of porridge with nectarine jam. Off-dry with a refreshing acidity and texture like tweed. Very tidy but flavorful umami fills the mouth releasing oats and nuts before a dry finish. Delicious at any temperature but warm up to unleash even more flavor. Try yakitori, sauteed dishes, roast chicken or sardines.

About The Brewery
Yamanashi Meijo Shichiken Sake Brewery (山梨銘醸)
Founded in 1750 on the Koshu Kaido, Yamanashi Meijo's "Shichiken" brand uses pristine Hakushu water filtered through Mt. Kaikoma's granite. Brewed with local rice in a brewery that hosted Emperor Meiji, they combine 300 years of history with unique techniques to create refined sakes that honor their water-centric philosophy.
