About The Brewery
Shouro Shuzou (松露酒造)
Founded in 1928 in Kushima, Miyazaki, Shouro Shuzou crafts easy-drinking sweet potato shochu under the philosophy of "sake for anytime enjoyment." As the birthplace of "Miyazaki Yeast" (1950s), they emphasize fermentation that preserves ingredient character. All products age over 3 years for refined, elegant flavors.
