Hakurakusei Junmai Daiginjo (720ml) [HK Inventory]

Although it is a “Daiginjo,” it does not emphasize yeast-derived aromas, but instead cherishes the flavor of the rice itself. A pleasant fragrance reminiscent of banana and melon gently rises, followed by a burst of pineapple-like freshness that spreads across the palate. The finish is a gentle sweetness wrapped in refreshing acidity, leaving a calm and lingering aftertaste. This versatile sake pairs beautifully with Japanese, Western, or Chinese cuisine.
