"A Smiling Day," a limited edition from the "Ichinichi" (Daily) series, features pesticide-free ginger cultivated through the "Abandoned Farmland Restoration Project" in the Sugawara region of Kanoya City, Kagoshima. This ginger is used to infuse a sweet potato shochu brewed with wine yeast.
The fruity profile of the wine-yeast shochu harmonizes beautifully with the spicy, floral notes of the ginger. While excellent with soda, it is also highly recommended to be served with hot water (Oyuwari). It is a bottle crafted to revitalize both your heart and soul from the inside out.
