Crafted with carefully grown Kinmon-Nishiki rice polished to 40%, brewed with the same meticulous care as competition-grade sake, and matured in bottles after unfiltered pasteurization. “Kokon” is a rare sake, bottled only from the finest nakadori portion of the year’s Junmai Daiginjo class, produced in very limited quantities each year.
