Kijoshu" is a unique style of sake brewed by replacing a portion of the brewing water with already-finished sake. This process leaves behind sugars that would normally ferment into alcohol, resulting in a sake characterized by a rich, honey-like sweetness.

To allow you to experiment with various drinking styles, we have intentionally released this as an "undiluted sake" (Genshu). We invite you to explore and discover new ways to enjoy sake that transcend traditional boundaries.
