Kato Kiyomasa was a Japanese daimyo (powerful Japanese feudal lords) of the Azuchi-Momoyama and Edo Periods. From 1601 to 1607, Kiyomasa greatly expanded the castle, transforming it into a complex castle. The Kumamoto Castle was damaged due to the earthquakes in 2016. As descendant of Kato Kiyomasa, owner of Eiko Fuji donates part of revenue of Kumataro for reconstruction support. Kumataro is a very aromatic sake with fresh and fruity pear, apple, pineapple, lychee nose. Off-dry palate with delicate, refreshing acidity and fizzy flavor. Silky bodied with medium finished.
