Crafted from the highest rank of Yamada Nishiki rice harvested in Akitsu, Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture. Following a silky and soft first touch, a fruity aroma reminiscent of white grapes unfolds, enveloping the palate in a gentle sweetness. The experience concludes with the signature "Hakurakusei" style—a sharp, clean disappearance of flavor and scent that produces an exquisite translucency and crispness.
