This sake was born from a collaboration with Harada, brewed by Hatsumomiji in Shūnan, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Its fresh and fruity flavor, overflowing with fruitiness, is likened to the gentle crescent moon floating in the sky over the Seto Inland Sea, as seen from Tokuyama Bay near the brewery. At the center of the label, you can also trace the silhouette of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea as viewed from the Tokuyama Bay side.
