Izumibashi Shuzo Co., Ltd. (泉橋酒造)
Izumibashi Pink Black Dragonfly Kimoto Junmai (720ml) [HK Inventory]
The bouquet offers a gentle sweetness reminiscent of dried nutmeg and the rustic scent of dried hay, complemented by a sophisticated maturation note akin to yogurt.
The palate is smooth and well-balanced, delivering a gentle umami and acidity with a pleasantly subtle bitterness. Thanks to its pure umami and aged character, it pairs exceptionally well with seafood dashi and broth-based dishes. We believe you will find the most satisfaction by enjoying this sake warmed to approximately 50°C (Atsukan).
