Nakamura Shuzo (中村酒造場)
The first-generation head, Kinsuke Nakamura, established Nakamura Shuzojo in the heart of the Kokubu Plain—a lush pastoral region in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. From those early days until today, the brewery has remained dedicated to the art of shochu production.
This heritage has been meticulously passed down through six generations. While honoring the original passion and vision of our founder, we continue to push the boundaries of craftsmanship, relentlessly pursuing the evolution of shochu for the modern era.
