Made with Hinohikari rice from Kagoshima, cultivated using the special “Kalgen farming method.” This method was developed to supplement calcium and magnesium, which are lacking in the volcanic soils of Kagoshima. Crafted with handmade techniques to prepare rice koji, resulting in an authentic sweet potato shochu.
