Founded in 1885 in Saiki, Oita, Oochi Shuzou served the Mori feudal lords. Revived in 2019 by local brothers, it focuses on food-friendly sakes with "mild aroma and rich flavor." Using premium water and craftsmanship, they preserve regional heritage while embracing new beginnings as a resilient brewery.
