About The Brewery

Raifuku Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (来福酒造)

Founded in 1716 in Chikusei, Ibaraki, Raifuku supplied sake to the Edo Shogunate. Using local contract-grown rice and flower yeast, they brew in the prefecture's oldest concrete warehouse. Blending Echigo Toji techniques with employee craftsmanship, they honor 300 years of tradition while innovating for the future.
