Brewed with the sake rice Yume no Ka, cultivated in collaboration between our brewery and farmers in the Aizu region. This rice variety was developed by the prefecture to suit the climate and natural environment of Fukushima. The aroma is calm with a hint of sweetness, while on the palate it expands into fresh, fruit‑like notes. You can savor the umami and richness of the rice, with a faint acidity that tightens the finish, leaving a crisp and refreshing impression. A classic junmai sake.
