About The Brewery
Sohomare Shuzo (惣誉酒造)
Founded in 1872 in Tochigi, Sohomare Shuzo is a family-run brewery for five generations. Using Yamada-Nishiki rice and traditional Kimoto methods, they craft deeply regional sakes.
