Toyonaga Distillery (豊永酒造)
Founded in 1894 in Kuma District, Kumamoto, Toyonaga Distillery began by making "Miyakozuru" rice shochu with self-cultivated rice. Over a century later, they continue to deepen their founding spirit while evolving their traditional methods, maintaining a unique identity in Kuma's shochu culture.
