Yamamoto Pure Black - The second-brand `Pure black` was established by our current representative, Yamamoto Jr. who had started Sake-making himself from 2005. Now it`s the main brand supporting the backbone of Yamamoto Sake brewery. Our original concept was that Yamamoto should deal with a process series starting from rice milling to squeezing. Due to our production increase year by year, however, Yamamoto was forced to work as the commander, so that excellent staff members are in charge of each section. I wish `Yamamoto-san` throughout Japan would buy a bottle so that all the bottles would be sold out in a single day!
