The label features a striking depiction of a tiger and a dragon. The back label reads: “Like a tiger, discerning fine sake; like a dragon god, drinking in great gulps. Such a person is called a fool.” Despite this bold imagery, the shochu is surprisingly easy to drink. Excellent on the rocks, diluted, or warmed! You can enjoy the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes, with a powerful aroma and a crisp, clean finish as its defining characteristics.
