Ilaka Brewery has succeeded a prestigious heritage dating back to 1665, with a mission to create "moments of happiness" through the art of sake. To forge new value for Japanese sake while honoring tradition, we sought an ideal brewing environment and constructed a new brewery in Matsukawa Village, Azumino. Blessed with a rich natural landscape and exceptional climatic conditions, we utilize the highest quality rice and water to brew new stories and exceptional sake, sharing the essence of Japanese culture with the world.
