Kirishima (霧島町蒸留所)

Founded in 1911, Kirishima Distillery is situated at the foot of the Kirishima Mountains in Kagoshima. Guided by the philosophy that "Quality Shochu comes from quality soil," the distillery produces spirits deeply connected to the land. They are renowned for using traditional "kame" (clay pots) inherited since their founding, combined with pure spring water from the Kirishima range.
