三浦酒造在青森縣創立。主要使用當地特產酒米「豐盃米」,周邊農家種植的原料佔80%。採用岩木山伏流水,由兄弟家族在小酒藏精心釀造。呈現如津輕蘋果般帶有蜜甜與微酸的新鮮地酒。
