About The Brewery
Tomita Shuzojo (富田酒造場)
富田酒造場於1951年在奄美大島創立。使用國產米與黑麴,於32個大甕中發酵一週,加入黑糖的醪再發酵兩週。39-44度的原酒在海邊倉庫熟成,受海風與森林香氣環繞,釀造出清爽深邃的奄美酒。
