松露酒造於1928年在宮崎縣串間市創立。以「隨時可輕鬆飲用的酒」為理念，釀造溫和易飲的芋燒酎。作為1950年代分離「宮崎酵母」的發源酒造，追求展現原料特性的發酵工藝。所有產品堅持三年以上熟成，實現香醇高雅的風味。
