Morohashi Shuzo (諸橋酒造)

諸橋酒造は1847年、新潟県長岡市で創業。「越後景虎」を醸造。日本名水百選の「森々の森」の清水と蔵内の横井戸の軟水を使用。豪雪地帯の低温環境を活かした長期発酵により、雑味のないすっきりとした辛口を実現。越後杜氏の技と自然の恵みが調和した、洗練された地酒。
