栗林酒造は1874年、秋田県美郷町で創業。豊富な伏流水と地元産「美郷錦」を使用し、純米酒に特化。「春霞」は謡曲「羽衣」に由来し、全国新酒鑑評会で8回受賞の実績を持つ。寒冷な気候を活かした低温発酵で、繊細な吟醸香と澄んだ味わいを追求する蔵元です。
