Komaki Distillery / Satusma Shochu Works (小牧醸造)

Founded in 1909 in Satsuma, Kagoshima, Komaki Distillery uses local sweet potatoes and pristine water from Mt. Shiomi. Brewed in traditional earthenware pots, their shochu features an earthy flavor and is aged in stone cellars. Overcoming natural disasters, they uphold craftsmanship and "GI SATSUMA" standards with resilience and passion.
