Nishi Shuzo (西酒造)
Founded in 1845 in Fukiage, Kagoshima, Nishi Shuzo faces the renowned Fukiage Beach. Embracing the natural environment shaped by East China Sea winds, their "loving team of craftspeople" creates shochu by sincerely accepting Kagoshima's climate, pursuing flavors that can only be born from this land.
