With over three centuries of history, its flagship brand, "Hideyoshi," carries an aristocratic legacy. It was officially named and designated as the exclusive purveyor to the Satake Clan after outshining all rivals in a private tasting competition held before Lord Satake himself, who praised the liquid as "Hideyoshi"—meaning exceptionally superior.
