About The Brewery
Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery (千代むすび酒造)
Founded in 1918 in Kurayoshi, Tottori, Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery played a pivotal role in reviving the rare "Gōriki" sake rice, co-founding the "Gōriki Preservation Society" with local farmers. Using traditional Yamahai methods, they brew profound sakes that highlight this unique grain, preserving and innovating Tottori’s brewing heritage.
