About The Brewery
Doi Shuzojo Co., Ltd. (土井酒造場)
Doi Shuzojo, founded in 1872 by the Doi family (wealthy farmers since the 16th century) in Hyogo. The 4th generation master contributed to sake tech innovation; the 5th pursues quality with brewers. Using AAA-rank rice from their fields and Hyogo/Okayama premium rice, they craft the refined "Kaiun" brand.
