This sake is the result of a collaboration with Harada brand brewer, Hatsukōyō Sake Brewery, located in Shūnan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Its fragrance is rich and elegant, with refreshing fruit notes—gentle and pure like a crescent moon shining over the Seto Inland Sea, as seen from Tokuyama Bay near the brewery. At the center of the label, you can trace the silhouette of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea as viewed from Tokuyama Bay. A limited-release namazake available from spring through summer.
