Karasu Tengu "Shuwashuwa" was specifically developed to be the ultimate shochu for mixing with soda (the name "Shuwashuwa" mimics the sound of fizzy bubbles).
Crafted from Annou-imo—a variety of sweet potato known for its intense sugar content—the undiluted spirit (Genshu) is then aged in oak barrels. This process results in a profile that is both rich and elegantly sweet, with a deep umami backbone.
