About The Brewery

Miyata Honten Co., Ltd. (株式会社宮田本店)

Founded in 1804 by Mankichi Miyata after learning vinegar brewing in Osaka. The 4th generation began shochu production in 1921. Now led by the 7th generation, the brewery features historic buildings including a 1928 stone warehouse with distinctive double arches, preserving tradition in local architecture.
