This is the undiluted (Genshu) version of "Nakamura." Its flavor has been mellowed to a rounded perfection, making the high alcohol content remarkably imperceptible. While the aroma is understated, it delivers a syrupy, rich texture (Toro-ri) upon tasting, followed by the fragrant scent of freshly steamed sweet potatoes that strikes the palate. It glides smoothly down the throat, leaving behind a subtle touch of umami and a clean finish.
