Founded in 1882 in Matsue, Shimane, Rihaku Sake Brewing was named after Chinese poet Li Bai by former Prime Minister Reijiro Wakatsuki. Using premium sake rice for all grades, they craft mellow, profound sakes rooted in Izumo mythology and local terroir, beloved globally.
