Founded in 1806 in Tochigi Prefecture, Senkin is a visionary brewery that has redefined modern sake under the leadership of Kazuki Usui, a former sommelier. Embracing the concept of "Domaine," Senkin exclusively uses rice and water from the same local source to express true terroir. The brewery is famous for its "Aesthetic of Acidity," crafting sakes with a vibrant, wine-like tartness and elegant sweetness that challenge traditional profiles.
