Shinkame Brewery (神亀酒造)

Founded in 1848 in Saitama, Shinkame Brewery pioneered all-Junmai production post-WWII. Using organic sake rice, their "Shinkame" and aged "Hikomago" brands embody "good sake comes from good rice." They pursue rich, complex flavors through patient aging, allowing rice's essence to fully blossom.
