Located in Tatsuno-machi, Nagano Prefecture, Ono Shuzo-ten has been dedicated to the art of brewing since 1864. Their flagship brand, "Yoakemae" (Before the Dawn), takes its name from the masterpiece of the renowned Meiji-era novelist Shimazaki Toson.
