加藤清正是日本安土桃山至江戶時代的著名大名。1601 至 1607 年間，他大幅擴建熊本城，使其成為複合型城郭。熊本城在 2016 年的地震中受損。作為加藤清正的後裔，「榮光冨士」的藏元將部分「熊太郎」的收益捐出，用於重建支援。
「熊太郎」是一款香氣馥郁的清酒，散發梨子、蘋果、鳳梨與荔枝的果香。酒體偏半乾，伴隨細緻清爽的酸度與微微氣泡感。口感絲滑，餘韻中等。
