盛川酒造於1887年在廣島縣創立。主力品牌「白鴻」以低調俐落口感成為受歡迎的「日常酒」。使用野呂川水系超軟水，傳承廣島傳統「軟水釀造法」。杜氏盛川元治追求「柔中帶剛」，釀造出引領米旨味、香氣馥郁的清酒。
