來福酒造於1716年在茨城縣筑西市創立。以「來福」、「磐梯」品牌供應江戶幕府。使用縣內最古老鋼筋混凝土酒藏，搭配地產契約酒米與花酵母。傳承越後杜氏技藝，結合員工手工釀造，在300年傳統中追求創新。
