宮島酒店作為信州地酒藏，僅使用伊那谷契約栽培酒米。堅持減農藥與低精白，釀造甘、酸、辛、苦、澀五味調和的純米酒。「信濃錦」之名象徵美麗自然。透過酒粕堆肥等環保措施，實踐體現信州風土的地產地消。
