Tsubosaka Shuzo (壺坂酒造)
壺坂酒造創立於 1629 年（寬永 6 年），最初發跡於兵庫縣姬路市香寺町中寺。後因氣候考量，於 1805 年（文化 2 年）遷至現址——同市的夢前町前之庄。酒造至今仍傳承著唯有在夢前町的風土條件下才能實現的「自然發酵」傳統與精湛工藝。
壺坂酒造的酒藏建築已擁有超過 210 年的歷史，內部保留著極為罕見的構造設計：釀酒師能夠拆卸酒藏二樓的木地板，直接由上方將酒麴投入發酵甕中，並藉此空間進行傳統的「天秤搾り」（木椿重石壓榨法）。
