Fujii Shuzou (藤井酒造)
創立於1863年，藤井酒造座落於擁有「安藝小京都」美譽的廣島縣竹原市。酒造秉持「釀造能展現米糧原始鮮味之酒」的初衷，堅持使用傳統的「生酛釀造」法，利用天然乳酸菌在大自然中緩慢發酵，孕育出酸度紮實且層次深邃的獨特酒質。其代表品牌「龍勢」更在1907年日本首屆全國清酒評鑑會中奪得第一名殊榮。藤井酒造不追求大量生產，而是透過純手工工藝與對風土的尊重，打造出能與各式料理完美搭配、具備卓越陳年潛力的頂級純米酒。
