Bounty of the Sacred Peak

Water is the lifeblood of sake, and Tohoku Izumi is blessed with the legendary flow of Mt. Chokai, also known as "Dewa Fuji." Drawing from an ancestral well within the brewery, they use pristine sub-surface water rich in natural minerals. This unique water source crafts a profile characterized by a remarkably clean and crisp finish (Nodogoshi). It is this sacred glacial gift, filtered over decades through the mountain’s strata, that imparts a silky brilliance and a refreshing purity to every bottle.
